Luke was born in 1994 in Leamington, Ontario.
He started riding at the age of 5 on a 2000 Honda XR50.
After one year of riding he was ready to race.
2001
His 1st official race was in August 2001 at
the Leamington 1/2 mile dirt track race at the age of 6.
Luke received a KTM LC50 Pro Sr. for Christmas
in 2001.
2002
In 2002 at the Leamington 1/2 miles, he finished
1st in May and 2nd in August.
2003
In 2003 Luke rode his KTM 50 in the 65cc class
at the Leamington dirt track races. He also competed in the Wheatley round of the CMRC motocross race in the
50cc class and raced in all the Erie Ramblers club events.
2004
2004 saw another new bike. This time
a Kawasaki KX65. The highlight of the year in 2004 for Luke was winning the Erie Rambers Club "High Points
Award".
2005
Luke had a great start to 2005, placing 1st in the kids class at the
season opening 2 hr. motocross in Wheatley . Luke's
injury's in 2005 were a broken hand (out for 5 weeks) and a concussion (out for 3 weeks)
2006
In 2006 Luke's highlights were finishing 1st in the 65 expert class at
the TVR Spring Championship Series and 1st in the 65 class at the ERMC 100 lapper.
2007
In 2007 Luke plans to defend his TVR title in the 65 Expert Class.
Luke is a member of the Erie Ramblers Motorcycle Club in
Wheatley where he rides on most Sundays. Luke has a strong passion to ride and dreams of maybe turning pro some
day or if not being a factory rider mechanic. When not riding in the backyard or at the track he spends his time playing
hockey, paintballing and hangs around with his friends.
